Foot Orthotics

KAFO - Knee Ankle Foot Orthosis

Custom Footwear

Foot orthotics provide arch support or extra cushioning on the heel, around the toes, or for your entire foot.  Foot orthotics are also used to treat a multitude of foot conditions in the forefoot, mid foot, medial arch and heel.

Custom Footwear

Custom Footwear

Custom made footwear is specifically designed for a client, and made from raw materials. Typically, this footwear will accommodate custom foot orthotics, high risk foot client requirements, partial foot amputations or any structural defects the client may have.

Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES)

A FES device consists of a control box, about the size of a pack of cards, with a battery and electrodes.  Regularly used for clients diagnosed with foot drop, due to MS, Stroke or related neurological conditions. The device is usually worn in a cuff below the knee. Used additional or as an alternative to a regular AFO.

Pressure Guardian

The Pressure GuardianTM system allows real time pressure testing of up to 4 discreet areas.  The streamlined sensors allow them to be easily placed in both footwear and orthotic devices making it equally valuable as a diagnostic tool as well as documenting the effectiveness of the final treatment. All of the information is stored electronically and can be exported as a report ideal for medical practitioners and funding applications.
